 Apple Notes App

As a college student, I take many notes on various topics. Not only do I take notes during classes, but I also take notes to help me keep track of things for my job as well. While navigating the different courses and lectures during your academic career, it is important to stay organized and thorough. The Apple Notes app is the perfect tool to help you keep all your information in one place. People may believe that Apple notes is not the most professional organizational tool because it is so simplistic. That thinking is illogical, the Apple notes app is a quick and convenient way for students and workers to keep thoughts and information in one place.

In the Notes app users are able to make folders on different topics. As seen in the picture above, I have many folders in my account. I have been in college for almost 4 years and I still have access to all the notes I’ve ever taken. The great part about the Notes app is that it’s not given a time limit for when you can access it. Many school provided apps or books only give access to students for the duration of their time in class. With the Notes app, you can access any information you’ve written down about that course at any time. The folders help you differentiate between each concept you were talking about.

Another great aspect of the Apple Notes app is that you can create different pages for each folder. As seen in the picture above inside one of my note folders, subsections where it is dated and titled to keep each lecture organized. That means within my folder it’s easier to look up different concepts while studying. They also provide a search bar so you can search within all of your notes. Even if you’re writing with the Apple Pencil, the Notes app can search anything you’ve written. 

Taking notes and keeping them organized has never been so easy. Being able to jot down anything you need at any moment is super useful for college students. While taking a biology course, I was able to sketch out anatomy while using different colors because the Apple Pencil allowed me access to highlighters and such. Well, it is not the most professional or conventional means of keeping notes organized. It is the most convenient and accessible notes app on the market right now.
