The Apple Notes app is the perfect tool to help you keep all your information in one place. People may believe that Apple notes is not the most professional organizational tool because it is so simplistic.  Citation Generators In early days of college, proper citation is vital for a successful academic career. Different classes require different formats for citations, which can be confusing for freshman students. That is why it is important to understand how to use citation generators online. They are a great tool for students learning how to properly format MLA, APA, or Chicago style papers. For my website SmackDown I chose examples of a good citation generator and a bad citation generator. I determined the usefulness of both websites with three categories; website aesthetic, user friendliness and whether or not the information provided was useful. For the bad example I chose Citation Machine by Chegg. This website was riddled with large ads on their homepage. And it was also very hard to navigate and did not provide as much information as its better counterpart. The better version of the citation generator was Scribbr. When exploring resources and collaborating with other professionals it is important to keep your information neat and sorted. Especially when you are covering a variety of topics with a significant amount of people. That is why the tech app Asana is the perfect tool to help accomplish that goal. Asana is an online organizational tool that can be installed on your desktop or downloaded as an app. Asana is modern, user-friendly and compatible with all electronic devices. It encourages collaboration by allowing you to add others emails as well as assign them a title; like manager or team member. In The Connected Learner the author, Sheryl Nussbaum-Beach, explains that tools are used to, “for documenting and archiving learning, tools for connecting and collaborating, and tools for extending student learning” (Nussbaum-Beach 162).
